Pakistan is a beautiful country. Its capital is Islamabad. It has 4 beautiful provinces. These are Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan and N.W.F.P. Geographically Pakistan is a beautiful country. It has mountains, deserts, peaks, rivers, minerals, dams and all types of suitable climate for the cultivation of different crops and minerals.

Pakistan got its independence on 14th of August 1947. Before independence, the Pakistan was a colony of British. At that time English ruled the whole Sub-Continent. The Muslims of Indian Sub continent wanted their separate identity an independent country where their basic rights are safeguarded and not only them but also people of the other religions can live without any fear. The Hindus leaders were very shrewd. They never wanted to see Muslims of India strong so they went against the demand of separate homeland.

Great Muslim leaders like Sir Syed Ahmad Khan asked the Muslims to stay away from the politics and first give attention to learning. Later in 1906 Muslim League was formed in Bengal, which was formed after a major event of Bengal's partition in 1905.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah (Quaid-e-Azam) joined Muslim League in 1913. Since then all the Muslim gathered and united for efforts of making a separate homeland.

After hard ship of many years on 3rd June 1947 Britain announced the separation of India and Pakistan as two separate countries. On historic night of 14th August 1947 Pakistan was formed.
